We schedule only one person at a time for Dr. Wright so you can have the personalized, individual attention you deserve. At times, we may run a few minutes behind if we have to squeeze in an emergency procedure, or if we run into any unforeseen “surprises” during an appointment. We will notify you if this occurs, and will do our best to stay on time; however, in the event of a true dental emergency where someone is in pain, Dr. Wright has a hard time telling them to come back in a week. We respect your time and comfort, and appreciate your understanding knowing that we will always do our best to take care of your oral health needs.
It is just as important that our time is respected as well. When we reserve a time for your appointment, we want to be sure it is on a day and time that will work for you. Cancellations are devastating to us, since that time is reserved especially for you and no one else. We always try to call you no less than two days before your appointment to remind you of your reserved time, and need you to speak with us or leave a message; basically, a type of “R.S.V.P.” is appreciated. If you can not make it to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours ahead of time so that we may provide someone else the opportunity to be seen.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, and Visa. As a service to our patients, we are also pleased to offer payment plans through CareCredit. CareCredit will allow you to finance up to 100% of your dental care through either an extended or interest-free payment plan so you can afford the treatment you desire. During your initial consultation, we will discuss your payment preferences as they pertain to your particular treatment plan options.
